Try these steps in order until the issue is resolved…

1. Click directly on the video as it plays.

2. Double click on the video as it plays.

3. Hover over the corner of the video and click on the expand button.

4. Rotate your phone 90 degrees.

5. Check you phone's settings to make sure the orientation lock is not enabled. On an iPhone simply pull down from the top right corner to the center of the screen. If the orientation lock button is red, you must disable it by clicking the button.

A: Plug one end of the HDMI cable into your HDMI input on your laptop.
B: Plug the other end of the cable into one of the HDMI inputs on your TV.
C: Using the remote control, select the input that corresponds to the port you plugged in the cable (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3, etc.).
